Account Management Team


Kristy Avila, Client Service Manager

Kristy joined AMT in January 2008 as a Client Service Manager in our New York office. Kristy has over 10 years of customer service experience working in the mortgage industry. Having relocated to New York City in 2002, Kristy has focused primarily on client management roles with top tier investment banks specializing in mortgage finance.


Mandy Carey, Client Service Manager

Mandy joined AMT in January 2008 as a Client Service Manager. She has many years experience of customer service and has most recently worked in the recruitment outsource management and retail management sectors.


Nicola Murphy, Client Service Manager

Nicola now works as a Client Services Manager, having joined AMT as a support executive in the summer of 2007, providing clients with everything they need for a first-class training service. Before joining us she graduated in English Literature from York University.


Jennifer Wilson, Client Service Manager

Jennifer joined AMT in January 2008 as a Client Service Manager. Born and raised in California, she permanently relocated to England in 2001. She has a strong background in Customer Service, and spent the last six years as an Account Manager in the manufacturing industry.

Linda Chance, Business Manager

Linda has been with Matchett since May 1999. With a Finance background – she previously worked for Barclays and Prudential - she qualified as an accountant and now manages the AMT office team. Her invaluable experience means clients’ Matchett experience is seamless and fulfilling!


Debbie Barnett, Training Scheduler

Debbie joined AMT in 2007 as training scheduler. Previously, Debbie has worked in purchasing and management within a recruitment centre for seven years.


Holly Hampton, Materials Coordinator

Holly worked in academic journal publishing before joining AMT in late 2007. She works alongside Lisa, creating the course materials and ensuring the trainers have everything they need to provide a first-class training service.
