We have reverse-engineered our training to create content that is based on the skills that bankers and other finance professionals actually use every day in their work.

At the same time, we incorporate the latest financial research in our training. As a result, we teach cutting-edge techniques in modelling and valuation as well as up-to-date material in accounting, deal structuring, financial products and the capital markets.

Our training content is driven by the needs of our clients. If you do not see the topic you are looking for, we may have it in development.

Methods

The AMT motto is ‘learn by doing’. Our fast-paced training is based on real life applications. Learners use their computers and calculators heavily, just as they do on the job.

In the classroom, we hold participants’ attention with real-life exercises, practical tips, and great classroom management skills. Our live training is rigorous, interactive and fun for the participants. During a single session, we use a variety of approaches and media, including hands-on computer exercises, games, group projects, and student presentations.

Learners apply their new skills as we move through the material, so they get plenty of real-time feedback on how they are doing. We also pace the training day for maximum learning effectiveness.

Our online training incorporates the same “learning by doing” values. Online modules give learners plenty of practice and feedback on performance, with the added benefit that participants can re-visit their online training when and where they need it.
