AMT Online

AMT Online has been developed to enhance and improve both the learning experience for our participants, and the planning and logistics for our clients (program managers).

For participants, AMT Online provides a central login to access online pre work, course materials, class recordings, forums and chat rooms.

For program managers, you can download the class materials and access reports on pre-work progress.

There are three main components:

• Online Pre-work
• In class support
• Post course reference

Online Pre-work

• Maximizes impact of instructor led training
• Provides remote refresher
• Provides a personally designed learning plan

To start, participants take a diagnostic test. Using the test results a learning plan is automatically devised.  The learning plan picks from a ‘menu’ of technical topic areas.  Each topic has the following downloadable components:

• Topic overview
• PowerPoint, Word and PDF documents
• Detailed set of workbook materials including several worked examples
• Detailed set of drill questions and answers
• E-learning recordings of an instructor using PowerPoint slides, Excel, and PDF annual reports
• Online reinforcement quiz

The Graduate Training team will have access to full tracking information of participants’ progress through the learning plan on a real-time basis. You will be able to drill down into individual participants’ results and progress.

Our online modules focus on delivering learning in a highly practical way. Sessions include recordings of instructors using PowerPoint, company annual reports, and Excel spreadsheets.  Participants get a classroom quality experience “just in time, just for me”. 

In class support

If participants have internet access in the training room, we can make the clasroom work files available to them for download. Our instructors are also able to post their class notes files to AMT Onlinefor those who want to download them.  Online quizzes and chat rooms can also be set up.

Post course reference

We cover a lot of content during an entry level training program which means some people may need to refresh some of the topics they have learned at a later date.  To facilitate this, we have developed a series of recordings that can be accessed at any time via the web.
