AMT specialises in developing customised learning, and has done so for over 16 years. Our teams pride themselves on the relationships we continue to build with new and existing clients, ensuring the entire training experience is of the highest quality.
Our modular framework enables us to adapt quickly to new industries and trends around the world. See below to discover more about our training capabilities and the supporting services.
When a requirement changes, or a volcano erupts, our teams are there to keep the training on target.
The global client services team provides a complete support solution for you and your delegates. Our CSMs have the ability to manage complex curricula, including the organization of the training calendar, course logistics, venue management, course attendance, evaluation and invoicing. They can guide delegates through the AMT Online system, and assist in any questions or support they should require prior to, during and after the program.
The team includes learning consultants who work closely with clients to identify and define specific learning requirements, matching learning with business objectives. The learning consultants meet regularly with clients, building on-going relationships and understanding their business to resource effective learning solutions. They will keep clients informed with industry trends, tools and techniques; enabling AMT to be the preferred supplier and partner for many organizations.
AMT works with clients assisting them to assess their organizational training needs. This is an assessment of the gap between the knowledge, skills and attitudes that the people in the organization currently possess and the knowledge, skills and attitudes, which they require to meet the organization's objectives.
The training needs assessment is best conducted up front, before training solutions are designed and delivered. The output of the needs analysis will be a document that specifies why, what, who, when, where and how.
Through training needs analysis, AMT can work with clients to assess:
- what skills are required
- who needs the training
- when they need the new skills
- where the training will be conducted
- how the new skills can be imparted
As part of our commitment to supporting your training AMT will provide you with a program management team. The team will be made available to you and all of your delegates. Your program management team may consist of a program manager, who will work with you from initial concept to completion, establishing requirements, content and structure. A lead instructor, who will be responsible for the course build and ensuring all tutors involved understand your organization and the training objectives. A client services manager, who will support the logistics and ensures your delegates have all the information they require prior to, during and after the course has run. Should you need to talk to one of the team we are only a phone call away.
We will work with you to compile a working schedule and project plan including:
- all course dates
- material development timelines
- travel planning and management
- evaluation form analysis and reports
- invoice tracking and management
