Prior to joining AMT, Edward worked for Goldman Sachs in London and New York, for their in-house product training team. During his time at Goldman, he traveled to different offices around the world training and advising investment banking and equity research analysts, as well as external clients on Goldman Sachs’ valuation methodologies. He was also a global technical adviser for the Investment Banking Division.
Edward is very involved in content development on advanced modeling topics and has built many of our fully integrated LBO, M&A and DCF models. He also authored both the Modeling and Power Modeling Crunch Manuals (previously Midnight Manuals), which are crucial reference texts for all participants in our global training programs.
In his years with AMT, Edward has taught a broad range of basic and advanced subjects including accounting, financial modeling and equity valuation techniques. He has delivered analyst and associate programs worldwide for clients such as Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, UBS and many others. He has taught programs for M&A, equity research and private equity professionals in the U.S., Europe and in Asia.
