Cheryl Provorny Trainer

Cheryl is an experienced finance professional. She began her career at BDO in the Business Valuation Services Group where she performed hundreds of valuations for clients ranging from small private local companies to multi-billion dollar, multinational corporations, in over 30 different industries. During the height of the financial crisis Cheryl worked in restructuring where she represented the creditor committee and DIP lenders and worked directly with Company management on a multibillion dollar bankruptcy. Later in her career she joined JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in the Regulatory Capital Management Office where she was responsible for the firmwide Quantitative Impact Study.

In addition to working as a trainer at AMT, Cheryl works as a fractional CFO for companies, implementing systems and establishing processes and has experience in running the operations and finance for non-profits and start-ups.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from McGill University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
